Rebecca St. Martin		Once upon a time, a usability instructor shared a presentation created in Flash that illustrated the difference between animated gif and Flash technologies focusing on the benefits and drawbacks of each. It had a cartoon-like quality to it and featured 2 characters and personified: "bitmap" and "flash" (I think). With all of the content on the web about both, I'm unable to locate it.
